Miniature art societies and exhibitions consider paint-overs as both unethical and non-original. Works submitted should be by the artist’s own hand produced on a blank substrate.  Please read entry guidelines carefully as they are constantly changing and may not reflect the guidelines of the Association of Miniature Artists.
